Ruchika Tulshyan is an award-winning journalist and author. She is the founder of Candour, an inclusion strategy company. Ruchika is passionate about designing equitable workplaces and working with global organizations to creating cultures that empower employees from diverse backgrounds to bring their best selves to work. She writes regularly on leadership and diversity for publications such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes and The Seattle Times. Ruchika is also the inaugural Distinguished Professional-in-Residence for the Communication Department at Seattle University. Ruchika serves on the founding editorial team of women-run-and-funded media website, The Establishment. In 2019, Ruchika was named to the Thinkers50 "On the Radar" list. She holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Columbia University. She is alumni of the Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School. She also serves on the Seattle Women's Commission.
