Lisa Fernow brings over 25 years experience as a global marketer, innovator, and consumer insights professional. At PepsiCo and Time Warner she oversaw development and launch of a host of successful new products and accelerated growth for such iconic brands as 7Up, Diet Pepsi and Scooby Doo in over 150 countries. Lisa founded Fernow Consulting in 2000 to help entrepreneurs innovate and better capitalize on growth opportunities. Clients range from early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including one engagement with Nordstrom that led to her going in-house for two years to help them launch their first Consumer Insights group.Lisa received her BA and MBA from Cornell University and is a member of the Advisory Council for the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. At the University of Washington she has served on the Executive Education Advisory Board for the Foster School of Business, guest lectured on innovation, consulted to two Executives in Residence, judged numerous business plan competitions, and served as a CoMotion mentor.
Lisa is also an author, and brings an understanding of the creative process to her innovation work. Her tango mystery, Dead on Her Feet, was published by Booktrope in 2014 and was selected by Amazon for inclusion in their Encore program.
